1. Insulating dysprosium aluminum terminal material: copper ≥ 99.9%, aluminum ≥ 99.5%:
2. The insulating sheath is made of high-strength weather-resistant engineering plastic through injection molding;
3. The identification on the insulating sheath is clear, and the identification information includes the specifications of the die, the order and times of crimping, the cross-sectional area of the conductor, and the length of the stripped wire;
4. The cross-sectional area of the conductor can be identified by the color code of the elastomer rubber cap;
5. Elastomer rubber cap and silicone grease ensure good waterproof performance of the product;

Application: suitable for the connection of 1KV and below insulated cables and copper terminals of electrical equipment

DTL-4 pre-insulated bimetallic lugs are used to establish the connection between LV-ABC cables and electrical equipment. The palm is made of 99.9% pure copper and the sleeve is made of 99.6% pure aluminum. The cross section of the conductor can be elastic The color code of the ring easily identifies the elastic ring and the pre-filled grease to make it super waterproof. The water tightness test is conducted at 6KV under water for one minute. The insulation tube is made of weather-resistant and UV-resistant polymer.
